A resident of Newton, Karen sells residential and commercial properties in Newton and the surrounding areas. Karen earned her MBA from Suffolk University (Sawyer Business School) and her BS degree from Merrimack College in Business Administration concentrating in Finance, magna cum laude. Her constant dedication to service and work ethic has earned her awards throughout the years. Karen has had the honor of receiving 100% complete customer satisfaction and Top Agent in closed sales for EXIT Realty New England in December 2010.
Karen is a member in good standing of the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS® (EMAR), Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the Boston Multiple Listings Service (MLS). Karen feels that being a real estate agent is about more than joining professional associations; she believes it should include involvement in the communities in many capacities. Karen exhibits this by volunteering for the Leukemia & Lymphoma’s Team in Training and working with Suffolk University’s Alumni Admissions Network. She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
