Mortgage Advisor & Branch Manager
March 2010 - present
Opes Advisors is a leading Bay Area firm with a dual offer - Mortgage Banking and Investment Management. We blend these separate disciplines seamlessly to help our clients structure their real estate financing with the aim of building and preserving their overall financial net worth.
The mortgage bank credits their business success on understanding not only the mortgage banking business, but also customer service. I joined Opes Advisors because they have so much to offer my clients...competitive rates...a large selection of investors and loan options...and fast service. In addition, I can provide clients with strategic financial advice when they're buying, selling or refinancing a home. Theis comes with no more cost than obtaining a mortgage from a conventional firm, yet ensures that the loan structure is in alignment with their overall strategy to support their long term financial goals.
All of this results in very happy, satisfied clients.
Mortgage Advisor & Branch Owner
April 2005 - February 2010
RPM Mortgage is a large Bay Area mortgage bank.
In July 2007, I made the very personal decision to close my Fremont office of RPM and join RPM's Pleasanton office. I realized that I was giving my loan agents more of my time that my family, specifically my children. My life was out of balance, and giving up managing and owning at branch office was the right move for me to regain that life balance we all are striving for.
I thoroughly enjoy being a Mortgage Advisor and focusing on the needs of my clients exclusively!
Branch Manager & Loan Agent
State Wide Home Loans
January 2001 - March 2005
State Wide Home Loans was a boutique loan brokerage that was very successful in meeting the loan needs of the Fremont community. In realy 2005, I was presented with the opportunity to join RPM Mortgage and I jumped at the chance. Coverting from a Mortgage Broker to a Mortgage Banker allowed my and my team to deliver a larger variety of loan products to our client at a better price and with shorter escrow periods.
