Why do I see one property advertised by multiple agents on other websites?

Hi Brandon,

Just to add to Norman's response....

There are some companies that have multiple rental agents advertising the same property. This is okay if the listing is exclusive to that agency.

When you call on any property, I would recommend you ask if you are speaking to the listing agent and, if not, does that agent have the right to be advertising and/or showing the property. If they can't answer the question quickly and intelligently I would move on to another agent. There are some scammers out there, I have learned recently.
