MLS has what is called Broker Reciprocity whereby the companies who subscribe allow other member companies to post their exclusives on each others website. The concept is more exposure for the seller is in their best interest. All cooperating members also have Town & Country listings posted on their sites as well. When ever you see the Broker Reciprocity symbol you can scroll down to the bottom of the listing and see which company has provided the listing information. All MLS members should know about Broker Reciprocity thus i'm unsure why you were not aware of this program we all pay to subscribe to.
