Jenny,
You have sparked a Realtor feeding frenzy! Again, feel free to contact me for more info on this home or to schedule an appointment. Regardless of which direction you choose to go in regards to representation, best of luck!

According to the information provided on the listing sheet, the condo fee is $230.00 per month. If you are not currently working with a Realtor, feel free to give me a call or shoot me an e-mail if you have any more questions on this or any other property.

My preference for my buyer's agency agreement (which is indeed a contract) is 6 months. All of the terms are negotiable, and if a client wishes to terminate the contract they may do so at any time. I hope this helps! Good luck.
