According to the information provided on the listing sheet, the condo fee is $230.00 per month. If you are not currently working with a Realtor, feel free to give me a call or shoot me an e-mail if you have any more questions on this or any other property.

My preference for my buyer's agency agreement (which is indeed a contract) is 6 months. All of the terms are negotiable, and if a client wishes to terminate the contract they may do so at any time. I hope this helps! Good luck.
