is it too soon to sell my house at 2 yrs?

Josh M. Boggs ABR. answered:
Jackiejalorno,

It's always too soon to sell your home for the wrong reasons!

If you have suffered some financial difficulty and major setback; there are some great alternatives that are available to you to help you get back on your feet. (ie. loan modifications and workouts). Your home in Northwest Crossing might only be worth the same if not less than what you paid 2 years ago, so depending on how much money you paid down, you may not be able to sell the home at all, unless you do a short sale.

If you truly are having some financial woes and issues and would like some real estate guidance that will help solve your concerns; then you would need to speak to a Realtor who's got a background in such expertise as financial consulting. In my office, we are handling more and more short sales even for other agents because we have taken the time to understand them and know how to offer many alternatives to the sellers that most Realtors do not understand or have the experience in.

God bless,
