You just speak to any real estate agent. They'll get you in there via lockbox. So whichever agent you feel most comfortable with, the one with the best deals, etc, you just go with your heart and head. Most likely Paragon will represent both buyer and seller side(probably referral fee), or sotheby's can represent you as a buyer and paragon would be the seller. is that simple for you? call me 415 672 8368
