Steven...it is currently under contract as of 7/18/09. Unfortunatley, most of these sites do not provide real-time info because they either syndicate with our MLS less often than necessary or agents have to manually make changes. However, to make sure you do have real-time info, you can get priority updates of all homes for sale from all companies including foreclosures, bank sales, short sales and other properties that represent incredible buys here: http://www.jonputt.com/custompages_reports.php?key=b3442. That way you can find out about any great deals of homes that you would like as quickly as other agents know about them. Check it out and see if it would be helpful.
