Jolita Wagoner answered:
Many of these homes were bought in the 70's and 80's by people ready to retire. As time goes by, it comes time to move to places where yard and home maintenance may be too much for owners. Yes, there are some foreclosures, and short sales due to the economy - but the homes I've listed on this street are from sellers who are moving to their children's homes or retirement communities for their real retirement needs. - Wed Nov 18 2009, 07:07
