"John was enthusiastic about helping us with both purchasing the new house and renting our existing house. We had a small time frame and we wanted to get the kids settled in their new schools by September so move before school starts. John was confident that we would move to our new house and rent our existing house in that time frame. He always had a positive attitude and being a family oriented person with extensive knowledge about local area understood our need for the appropriate neighborhood. He took all of our requirements and personal tastes and helped us find the house of our dreams. Often times it seemed like we were looking for houses with a friend and not with a realtor. There were some highs and lows during the process and the amount of paperwork involved in buying house John explained each process and was with us through the whole way. He recommend a mortgage company, home inspector, movers, to make the process easy and quick I was exceptionally pleased with the movers he recommended. We were able to move in new house 2 weeks after the start of the new school year. Renting my existing house was another big task we had rough time with Tenant’s situation and market but John worked hard and got the house rented. we recommend John for the sale or purchase of your next home.
