"I wanted to take a moment to let you know about our experience working with John Badalamenti. My husband and I relocated to the Philly area for his job last September. We were assigned to Weichert Relocation by my husband's new company. We didn't have any realtor contacts here, so we were assigned to John and we just kept our fingers crossed that he would be someone we would work well with. Well, that was in September and now here we are almost a year later and we have been in our beautiful new home for 2 months. We couldn't be happier, and it's all because of the efforts of John. John is a true professional in every sense of the word. He was available to us whenever we needed him day, night, weekend, and holiday. He immediately got an accurate picture of what we were looking for and worked hard to find us options. He did not waste our time by showing us properties he knew we wouldn't like. All I needed to do was call John and he would put my mind at ease by letting me know he had taken care of everything. The settlement day couldn't have gone smoother. Again, thanks to John. I hate to sound like a commercial but we truly believe that John has the most important things a person looks for when looking for a realtor.
