Additionally, he has pioneered the revitalization of several underserved neighborhoods.

Prior to joining Fleet, Mr. Settles was a Sales Manager for Wells Fargo. His accomplishments in the mortgage industry include being selected as a Future Leader of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
