Current professional accomplishments include active status as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certification, Accredited Sellers Representative (ASR), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Risk Management Specialist (CRMS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Sellers Representative (CSR), Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA), e-PRO certification, a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), a Mortgage Real Estate Professional (MREP), and Arizona Association of REALTORS® Master of Real Estate (MRE) status. I served on the Board of Directors of the Tucson Association of REALTORS® (TAR) 2008-2009. I have also been actively involved with the TAR Risk Reduction Committee, and their Education Committee. I was awarded the 2008 Outstanding Service Award by the Tucson Association of REALTORS®. And, I represent the TAR Board of Directors by serving as their Mayor and Council appointed member of Tucson’s Regional Planning Advisory Committee. I am past Chairman of the Marana Mayor & Council's Business Advisory Committee, and past president of the Monterey Pointe Homeowners Association in Tucson National, where I reside. And, naturally, along with the status of REALTOR®, I am a member of the National, Arizona, and Tucson Association of REALTORS®.
In the spring of 2006, I created my own real estate brokerage called Brokers Only Realty™ in an attempt to raise the bar on the qualifications necessary to be a practitioner in this business. Two years later, because of some unforeseen confusion on the part of the public about what that name meant, I decided to change the name of the brokerage to TOUCHSTONE Residential Realty, Inc.
Personally, I pledge to be everything to my clients that I would want a real estate agent to be for me. I will always provide the best service that I can, honestly, and without pressuring anyone. I want to build a reputation for being different than most of the commission chasing, insincere, sales types that none of us care for. I work full-time and I am available seven days a week, from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm. I will only take clients that I have the time to represent properly. I do not intend to try to set sales records for the sake of setting sales records.
