Properties that have reached that stage of foreclosure are listed in the Augusta Chronicle (local paper). You can search for them at chronicle.augusta.com.

Foreclosures are "cried out" on the court house steps of the county the home is in on the first Tuesday of every month. If not purchased then, that is when the homes would begin the proccess of going up for auction (being put on the market).

Our area is not big enough to support the "auction bus tours" you may have heard of in other cities. - Yesterday, 03:54
