Having lived and worked in the "Silicon Valley" for over 35 years and having bought and sold many properties, I've always had a keen interest in the valley's real estate phenomena. After a successful management career in a major Silicon Valley company, I decided I could add value to the real estate business by bringing a truly professional approach based on meticulous business ethics and outstanding customer service. I strive to inject these elements of professionalism into all facets of my business.
I've spent twelve years perfecting my unique approach to real estate professionalism while developing a substantial base of satisfied customers. As a full-time, professional Realtor, I have extensive experience representing Buyers and Sellers in the highly-competitive Silicon Valley market. My professional approach is based on skills developed over 20 years in high technology project and personnel management. Attributes like responsibility and accountability and specific professional skills like marketing, interpersonal management, negotiation, problem solving and technical competence define my approach to the real estate profession.
My formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science degree from Stanford University. I've also completed several Santa Clara University management institutes and company-proprietary leadership institutes as well as all of the required coursework for the California Real Estate Broker’s License.
Whether working with first time buyers or luxury home sellers, outstanding service and customer satisfaction is my highest priority. Sometimes its the small things like always returning phone calls within minutes. At other times it may be coordinating and personally overseeing the whole range of property inspections or arranging for professional staging of a client’s home. All of these and more have been cited by my customers as reasons for their high level of satisfaction.
