Why can't I brand this house as my own?

I had the same problem. But as it turns out, the office advertised one of my listings in the Real Estate Book as an office advertisment. I was able to reclaim as my listing, but then it immediately reverted back to a Real Estate Book ad. This could be causing your difficulty. - Sat Mar 28 2009, 13:56
