Don't let the smoke markets fool you!!! There maybe another downturn. The unemployment rate is high. The banks are in trouble one after the others. The nation debt is high. The gamblers are just want to stay home with the empty pockets. The economy is getting sick so bad. It definitely needs awhile to get recovery. The question is how long. How long it will get better? We don't know. Maybe 5 or 10 years from now. So Don't buy any home right now, b cause you may get into another trouble.
