"I began working with Jeremy over a year ago. He has always been very reliable and helpful. He did a fair market analysis on my home and explained the process of selling a house. I wasn't quite ready to sell, but he continued to send me information that I needed to keep an eye on the comparable home sales in my area. A few months ago, he came back to my home to start preparing me to sell. I haven't put my house on the market yet, but am getting closer. He has spent time showing me homes in the area where I want to move, so that when I am ready, I will have good background knowledge on what is out there and what I can afford. Jeremy has been extremely patient with me as I have worked through the beginnings of the process. I have promised him that we will be ready to list soon and would never take my business elsewhere. "Jeremy did a wonderful job at advertising and helping to sell my house quickly. He did a great job at knowing where to list my house and how to get people to take a look at it. I was very happy to have it sold in less then 5 weeks in a very tough economy. The way he presented it with a virtual tour was awesome. I thought my house was a very nice property and Jeremy did a great job presenting it through the tour and the other pictures that he posted. During the sale process he did a great job answering my questions and keeping me updated on where we stood and what needed to do to close on the property quickly.
