"Courtesy Calls" Preventing Showings?

If you have buyer's agency he is supposed to be protecting your best interests. Put your complaint in writing, to the agent AND his broker.
My buyers have been finding great deals. Many homes are still overpriced and I often show properties knowing that my buyers will not offer full price (even if they could afford to). - Mon Sep 21 2009, 11:14
