About:
My passion is Real Estate and has been for many years. Today I am a full-time agent, working to help people with Short Sales, Purchasing, and Selling. In the past I have combined my real estate experience with contracting for mortgage companies, working as a Business Analyst, developing State Specific regulations and mortgage software Business Analyst development. I am not the soccer mom who works on real estate part-time!
My goal is to provide the customer with an incredible product. I never charge 5% to 6% to list a home and always provide the Buyer's agent with a full commission. That allows the Seller to spend no more than 4.5% to sell their home (out of pocket in commissions).
