"I am a very methodical person, and I came to know Jeff through his blog posts during almost a year of researching places to live in San Diego. I was impressed with what he had to say, and I decided to ask him to represent me. Jeff quickly learned my personal style, which leans towards doing the "fun" part of the research myself (with the help of online tools he provided) and involving him primarily to handle the difficult parts of the process, including getting access to properties and researching the positions of sellers in order to determine the correct offers to make. Jeff's help with the technical side of the transaction ultimately proved invaluable, as the property I purchased was a short sale involving two lenders on the seller's side who were difficult to work with.
