As an experienced Broker, I've found that it's much more important to focus on the individual and not the property. My mantra - "Representing People, Not Properties" - is real estate the way it should be. I never forget that you're the one buying and/or selling.
Whether you're buying, selling, or both, I'm not here to "sell" you, I am here to represent your best interests in the process of you buying and/or selling a home, land, or investment property.
In the buying process I am totally transparent with respect to access to all available information, and I'm the one giving you the right perspective about a property you have interest in. In fact, much more often than not, I happen to be the only one telling you why a property is not a good buy, instead of trying to convince you why you should buy it.
In the selling process I provide you with all of the information you need to successfully sell your home, and I provide all the resources you need to make sure your home is positioned well with respect to other homes or properties for sale in your area. I will manage as much or as little of the process as you desire. I have the resources available to help prepare your home for sale (regardless of condition), stage it well, create a best-in-class photo and video tour, develop quality floor plans, get it advertised both in print, and online, not only the local Multiple Listing Service, but syndicated in nearly all of the available internet search sites. I develop ad quality flyers and other promotional material to get your home noticed, regardless of market conditions.
Finally, I never allow a conflict of interest to exist in my job of representing your best interests. I will NEVER represent another party in the same transaction as the one I am representing you in. I do not represent builders, developers, nor large investors who often control a large block of properties in a given area and can sway a broker's allegiance. I do NOT accept bonuses, nor incentives from another party, which also tends to sway the broker's allegiance. My referral network of contractors is selected based on a balance of high quality and affordable prices, and I do NOT accept kickbacks from any of my vendors, nor do they pay me any advertising fees. Again, nothing gets in the way of my job, always representing your best interests.
