Market properties, coordinate of contracts, forms and disclosures statement required by the State, arranging site inspections, communicate with mortgage lenders, provide detailed progress reports regularly, knowledge of neighborhood sales, assist buyer in locating lender and obtaining financing, pre-qualify buyers, balancing offers and counteroffers.
Managing the transaction until the move is complete.
Identification of investment opportunities of existing Real Estate and Developable Property.
Spearheading the sale process in terms of strategy, Price, Listings, and Negotiations relative to the sale of owned assets.
Read transaction documents (e.g., lease agreements, project agreements, indentures, guaranties, and amendments thereof) to determine the compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and issues at any given time.
