As a property manager in Surprise I know you will be able to rent this home. The key is to find the right person to advertise it and find the best possible tenant. The market has a lot of homes for rent so it is very important to have a house that shows great. I would also suggest including a washer/dryer and refrigerator.
With the proper advertising you could expect to have this property rented within 30-45 days. You will also need to purchase a business license from the City of Surprise if you wish to own a rental. Please let me know if you have any questions.
