As per the San Francisco MLS, there are only two one-bedroom units available at 829 Folsom. The HOA for one is $462.35/month and for the other is $525.41. I'll send you the information at your email address. One great thing about purchasing new constructions is that you may be able to take advantage of the recently passed tax credit for home buyers in California of up to $10,000. Jean
