Howdy! My name is Jeani Thomas Richie and I am a second generation Texas REALTOR! I serve as the Broker and Trainer for EXIT Hill Country Realty and I love the Texas Hill Country and all it has to offer. I am a 17 year resident of Canyon Lake, Texas where I raise my only son Jordan who attends Mountain Valley Middle School where he participates in band, golf, boy scouts and basketball. We are avid water sports enthusiasts who enjoy wakeboarding, jet skiing, kneeboarding, swimming, kayaking, and floating the Comal River. I have a diverse real estate background including new and resale residential, condos, townhomes, garden homes, golf course property, waterfront property (lake and river), lake view property, farm and ranch, light commercial, multi-family, investments, 1031 exchanges, land and acreage, new construction, custom builds, land development, gated communities, and second homes.
