Good Morning Bruce - Island Park Village is a wonderful community! I have shown a number of properties in here and it has a very tropical feel, lots of foliage, well maintained with easy access to just about everything that you want in a getaway in Florida! The HOA fee on this particular unit is $350.00/month. Island Park Village has two areas; one for people over 55 and one that has no age restrictions. This unit is in the 55+ side. As the other agents have said, accessability to golf to nearby. Should you want more information on this or any other places you might be interested in, feel free to contact me.
