"After receiving orders for Ft. Hood, my mom convinced me to look into buying a home instead of renting. My first step was contacting a real estate agency; however, I never received a call back from them. Discouraged, in hopes to find something, my mom got on yahoo real estate and started looking at houses in the area. She found a couple that we both really liked, both of which had a link to Jeanette at Coldwell Banker. I clicked on the link, and almost immediately received a response from Jeanette thanking me for my interest and started asking me question after question in hopes to find the best house. From the beginning she made the process so easy. She was THERE, and wanted to help find the best house for me. I drove up to Killeen from San Antonio to look at houses, we found one and made an offer. She walked me through the process, put me in contact with a mortgage lender and was there every step of the way. I cannot count the number of emails and calls I made to her. Her promptness was such a breath of fresh air. She even found a contractor to fix the gate and had it fixed while I was home in Florida. Jeanette loves her job and because of that I had the smoothest transition to Ft. Hood. But most importantly she cares about her clients and for that I will be forever grateful for everything she did for me. There are not enough words to thank her. "
