JB’ is a native of Southern California, Born in Los Angeles and raised in South Pasadena. “JB” earned his B.S. Degree from Cal State Los Angeles in Industrial Technology/Printing Management and worked in Sales, Marketing and Management in the Printing Industry for over 20 years before embarking on his Real Estate Career in 1998.
During his 1st year as a Real Estate Salesperson “JB” earned awards for Sales Production for a National Franchise Real Estate Company with offices in Long Beach making the Top Ten List out of 70 agents in his office. “JB” also earned a Top Agent award for the month in Newport Beach working for a Regional Luxury Real Estate Firm with multiple offices.
“JB” works hard to serve the needs of his real estate clients and will go the extra mile to make a deal happen and to insure customer satisfaction.
“JB” knows So Cal Real Estate having bought and sold real estate from the “Ocean to the Desert” during his Real Estate Career. “JB” believes in customer satisfaction first and foremost on every transaction. In 2006 “JB” earned his RE BROKER LICENSE and is focused on keeping up with all the technology and tools to best serve the needs for his clients in the process of Listing Properties or working with Buyers to locate properties to purchase.
“JB” is a resident of Long Beach and owns multiple investment properties in Sunset Beach and Long Beach. “JB” is married to a Hall of Fame Realtor, has 3 children and enjoys golf & traveling.
