Sellers Property Disclosures do not have to be put online. But, even if it is a short-sale the sellers should disclose this information, simply put, they would be a fool not to. Too many sellers and unfortunately some agents still think a sellers disclosure is a piece of marketing instead of what it really is; disclosure to remove malice or liability about hiding latent defects.
Just because it is not online is not a huge issue, let's just hope the buyers and their agent have the good sense to realize there should be one and get their own inspections. - Sun Mar 27, 2011
