There are sixteen residential properties for sale in Carp Lake- prices range from about $50,000 up to $1.1 million. Eight of those properties are water front. The recession has caused many properties to hit the market that wouldn't ordinarily, and it's a buyer's market. No secret there. Many people are also moving closer to larger cities where travel expenses are less, or where they can find work! The bottom line is the value of a property is all in the eye of the buyer.
