I am in the process of converting my 2-car garage into a 4th bedroom, I am also thinking of converting a half bath into a full bath.

I don't recommend it. Most people want a garage to store their car and other items in. If not done property this could also prevent your home from qualifying for FHA and VA loans. This would limit the resale potential for your property dramatically. - Tue Oct 27 2009, 06:01
