As a father of 3 and a Seattle Native I am connected to the area. While growing up, my family moved an average of once every two years, (it’s no wonder I grew to love real estate!) which gave me the opportunity to live in almost every city within King County. Since the beginning of my real estate career, I have moved five times to four different cities thanks to my different project and investment homes. I am the true local guy and can fill you in regarding all facets of the areas, neighborhoods, lifestyles, traffic patterns and schools of the Northwest. Very few people know King County as intimately as I do and I love to share my knowledge with my clients.
When I joined the real estate industry in 1998 I was disappointed at the lack of services other agents were providing for their clients. Most agents fell short of true client representation, many were strictly interested in making their commission and focused solely on where their next sale was going to come from. I continually study every aspect of the real estate industry including, legalities, contract law, tax implications, economic forecasting, as well as marketing avenues and vehicles afforded to the general public and real estate industry. By doing so, I have become a true generalist who can provide education, insight and directions regarding all facets of the real estate process, helping my clients avoid the hidden pitfalls of the simple to the most complicated of real estate processes.
