I hold a California Department of Real Estate BROKERS license, not just a salesperson license. My background also includes many years as a mortgage broker; so I bring a great deal of knowledge about lending to the table. My commitment to my clients is second to none. My clients always come first and constantly ask myself "What is best for my client" Unlike many in the industry that just “sell" homes. I believe that my job is to provide my clients with information, help guide them in the complexities of buying or selling a property and making an intelligent informed decision, and last but certainly not least make sure they are protected as much as they can be in the transaction. This holds true whether I am representing you on the buying or selling side. I am knowledgeable in the local real estate market and in the event I can not answer a question, I will seek out the answer quickly. While the internet is a great place to locate information, there is no way it can give you the personalized service and in depth local knowledge that a real estate professional can. You need a professional that is on top of the market and is prepared to protect your interests and guide you throughout the process
