The company was unresponsive to his clients request for an approval. Ivan happened to be traveling back east to visit family in New Jersey so he decided to pay a professional visit to the company in New York. He was told that the key contact person was not available. Ivan on behalf of his client insisted to be meet the decision-maker. His persistence was fruitful and we was able to acquire the approval for his client.
