I was born and raised in Ukraine, as anybody can tell by my "European" accent. After finishing the Foreign Languages Faculty of Vinnitsa Ostrovsky's Pedagigical University with Bachelor Degree in English as a Major and German as a Minor, I worked as a teacher of English language at the Middle School in Ukraine.
Due to economic conditions in Ukraine, I moved to Russia and worked as an Interpreter at Omolon Russian-American Joint-Venture Gold Mine Company, which I enjoyed tremendously, even though it was very challenging not only with a new technical terminology, but also understanding the mining process itself.
I came to the United States in 1999. Even though back in Ukraine, we do not have "realtors", I always wanted to help people to find a perfect match for a dream home. My dream came true here, in America, in the Land of Opportunity, in 2008. That's when I got my real estate license!
I love to be a realtor and I am enjoying working with people and helping them to find their new homes.
Because I am from Ukraine and I also have earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, it makes me a very strong negotiator with win-win outcome for both sides. I know how to acheive this diplomatically and beneficially for both sides.
I strongly believe that to achieve great results, real estate professional needs to be a very strong negotiator. Nobody wants to feel "ripped off" at the end. Everybody can be happy!
Because I always strive to be the best that I can be, I work hard on my continuing education, to make sure that I stay on the top of all changes in the real estate industry.
I've earned following Designations:
AHWD- At Home With Diversity
TRC- Transnational Referral Certificate
GRI- Graduate REALTOR Institute
SFR- Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource
e-PRO- Internet Professional
CNE- Certified Negotiation Expert
SRES-Senior Real Estate Specialist
