Hi Katie, sorry to say that the previous answer from the other agent is true. This property is sold and has settled. Usually the process of finding a home is started online searching for homes that meet your criteria and seem to grab you for one reason or another, but may I suggest that you also enlist the help of a realtor so that you aren't possibly losing opportunities to find that next house to call home? I'd be happy to help but I must clear up one question. Are you looking in Bethel of Delaware County or the Reading area of Berks County?
First thing you must have ready is your pre-approval from a lender so that if that perfect home presents itself you can take action immediately. Second is an automated search so that any property that matches your criteria once listed is emailed to you right away. Then once I know if the area is one I service we can get together if you wish and help you get started. If you are looking in a different area, I will happily research a great agent in that area and put you in touch.
