I agree with both of the answers already given, but thought I'd add a little bit more. I don't believe that an agent incentive would help sell a home any faster. If you want to sell your home quickly or in a reasonable amount of time you need to make sure it is priced to sell and shows well. If you can accomplish both of those then you won't need any kind of incentive.
