You have several options.....1. Wait for 2 years for the market to return. 2. Rent to Own therefore you will get a renter who you would require to obtain a "Credit Builder" so the tenant can purchase after 1 year. 3. Contract for Deed which I can work out for you. Most Realtors do not know or use the Contract for Deed and have little experience with this method except for my team which has sold a home in this manner.
