This property is a Lis Pendens. This is the initial document filed by an attorney or trustee on behalf of the foreclosing lender that starts the foreclosure process. This is another Realty Trac post. They want you to subscribe to their service so that they can sell your lead to a realtor signed up in that area. They do not list or sell homes. If you want to see homes that are ready and able to be sold contact me and I will be glad to educate, negotiate and represent you.
