It depends on the location and condition...Carolina Pines or Lakeside at Carolina Pines, single family/townhome?
The bottom in the last year looks like a forclosure at about 156K.. They go from there to the 180's, however they have not sold yet.
In general about a 10.5 month supply of housing( all sizes) in CP probably about 175 days on market avg
If thing that will determine the price is your motivation. Why do you want/need to sell? That will determine your odds of selling in this tough "Buyer's Market".
