That is a tricky question. I believe the market is definitely picking up and good valued homes are moving. If you decide to sell, your home needs to in tip top shape, marketed effectively and priced right. Buyers will pay what homes are worth and many of them do alot of homework before they even begin to shop. I moved here from Southern CA 3 years ago and the Nashville market is very steady with very small ups and downs as compared to places like that so depending on when you bought and what you owe, that will really determine whether or not selling right now for you is a wise decision.
