Helen is very professional, honest, and her experience shows. Also, her team was very courteous and helpful. I felt that whoever I was speaking with was aware of the property and could help answer my questions. If not, they were quick to find Helen and connect me with her or get my questions answered. I was very impressed with the number of online and print resources created quickly in order to market the house in a timely manner. I also liked the updates of views from the various websites and the online portal so I could track showings and feedback. We could tell Helen was a busy woman, but she always made time for us when we needed to talk with her. Her whole team was considerate, up-to-date and professional. The photos were excellent and the website coverage (a key) was excellent. They were professional, competent...with a personal touch! Helen and her team have perfected the art of selling a home. From the moment she introduced herself and her marketing plan, we felt confident Helen would sell our townhouse, and she did not disappoint. We received an offer after the second showing.

Helen knows the real estate marketplace for our area and priced our home at a competitive price for the home to sell quickly. Helen's team was experienced throughout the process both on the marketing side and in working with the legal team assigned regarding the sale. Any questions that I had during the sales process process were answered in a timely manner. We had a number of showings on the property due to signs, and the internet postings that Helen provided. From start to completion of the sale of the home, all of the guesswork was handled by Helen and her team, making the process very easy.

Helen was great! She is a very motivated and knowledgeable professional, and has a sincere interest in helping her clients. She really knows the area, and sets realistic expectations. I can't say enough about the team as a whole. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and responsive, as though I were the only client. Communication is key for me, especially following a bad experience with another realtor several years ago. This was not an issue for Helen and her team, as I was continually informed on the status of our listing with detailed email and telephone updates. I also received timely analytics on the web activity of participating listing sites, and helpful feedback following scheduled showings. Our property was appropriately valued throughout the sales term given the conditions of the market along the way. The printed brochures and Internet coverage were great. The marketing materials did a fantastic job of showcasing the property. Overall, the marketing was first rate. We definitely made the right decision to use Helen and her team to sell our home, for all the reasons mentioned above and more.

Our entire experience with Helen was amazing. Helen works extremely hard for her clients. There are a lot of moving parts with a sale of a home. EVERY step was clearly communicated. From showings, contract offer, negotiations, attorney review, inspections, closing documents, EVERYTHING was handled professionally and smoothly. I asked if Julieann and I could write this letter because of the way the two of you saw us through a tough situation. The sale of our house was tricky at best. I had been in the house for 28 years, so I had no idea of the market or what to expect of the process. Your honesty and humor kept heads clear and things light.

Even with the purchase and closing of your own home, you returned every call within minutes so that we could ask questions and in most cases, got us the answers the same day. You told us what the marketing plan was going to be and you did everything you said you would.

I’ve been in sales most of my adult life and must say that I’ve never run into a team such as yourselves. The lines of responsibility were very clear between the two of you making it easy for Julieann and myself to feel reassured that you were ALWAYS on top of things.

We had made the mistake of first signing with another team…..their claims being much the same as yours. What we learned was claims are one thing, but living up to them is another thing altogether. That experience made us even more “gun shy” of your claims of service and attention.

You lived up to and went beyond every claim.

Your work ethics and attention to detail inspired us to ask if we could put this letter together.

Helen’s knowledge of houses in the Countryside area was invaluable when obtaining statistics for my Mom’s house and the eventual sale in Glenview. She always listened to my concerns and suggestions and in turn guided me in the right direction. The rest of the team was very helpful whether on the phone or me stopping by the office. The feedback was great; I was updated constantly. Also, my Mom’s property was marketed very well, and I feel had a lot of exposure through all the realtors. My overall experience was excellent. Helen and her team were great to work with and always had my best interests at heart when it came to selling my Mom’s house. I was very impressed by how they all had a very positive attitude, in spite of the economy. Everyone was very accessible and answered my questions quickly. Helen came into our house after we had it listed with other brokers for over a year and she sold it. She was honest, sincere and very direct to the point on what needed to be done to our home sold in this market. She communicates very well and understands how hard the market is. She makes selling seem so easy and even though she does a whole lot of business, she always made us feel like we were her only client. Also, her staff was also terrific in that they were all attentive to the sale of our home. No matter who I spoke to, they all cared so much about me and my home. Also, I can't believe the amount of marketing Helen and her team does. From professional photography to fabulous brochures, my home looked like a million bucks. What a difference! I was so pleased to be treated like that and felt like my home was #1 in their eyes and in the general public eye.
