"Finding and working with Heather was just what we needed. We were moving from New York City, and needed something in Central/ Upper Bucks. We were also buying our first home, so all the knowledge and lingo was new to us. From the very first email, Heather signed on to help us, even before our realtor/buyer relationship was official. She listened closely, and always showed us listings that were right on target to what we wanted. She gave us lots of insight into the areas, and gave us a realistic look at what we would and would not be able to buy with our budget. Heather was always very reachable, by either phone or email, she responded promptly to questions, and concerns, within the day, if not within the hour. Being a mom, herself, she knew and understood our concerns, and was able to fulfill our needs. Being far away meant we only could come to the area every other weekend or so. Heather would organize the house visits so well, that we would manage to see many within one day, making all our trips worthwhile. She would even bring snacks for the long day. After the initial settlement was made, she was wonderful about making sure all the inspections, and mortgage needs were taken care of. We recommend Heather without a single reservation, and with much satisfaction and fanfare. We know that without her, we could never have made a deal within 2 months, as was our desire.
