Harry is the finest residential broker I have ever dealt with. He has complete knowledge of the area, the neighborhoods and the markets, and really put himself out to furnish us with all the information we requested (sometimes sending the same information several times when we could not put our hands on it). All requests were answered promptly by internet or telephone, often within minutes. We told Harry our parameters and he used these to filter out those homes that did not meet our needs, so that we did not waste our time. On several occasions we came to Palm Coast to look at homes, and each time Harry arranged to show us everything we desired to see. He is quite knowledgeable about the negotiating process, and did and excellant job in resolving issues to a successful conclusion of our purchase."
