Gwen Nanna is a native of Caracas Venezuela, having moved to the United States in 2005. First finding a home in Miami, Gwen moved to Tampa in 2008 with her husband. Bringing an international flair and extensive knowledge of the Latin-American Community to her work, Gwen is able to bridge many gaps in the Tampa community. Fluent in Spanish, Gwen knows, not only the issues confronting foreign nationals when purchasing a home, but also the basic struggles anyone encounters when relocating to the region.
As a child, Gwen attended Santa Ana Catholic School in Caracas, graduating in 1991. From that point she attended and graduated from the Institute University of Public Relations in Caracas, earning a degree in Public Relations. Her love of public relations is seen in her excellent customer service. Gwen believes that customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of the real estate business as well as any real estate career. After graduating, Gwen spent three years in Law School. Although she did not earn a degree, Gwen received a wealth of legal knowledge unseen in many of her counterparts.
Although real estate is her main focus, Gwen also enjoys many outside interests. Among these are her love of multi-cultural cooking and cake decorating. She also loves Zarzuela (a form of Spanish opera), ballet, theater and romantic music. Sports including MotoGP, Yoga, and of course the World Cup are some of Gwen’s great interests, as well as international travel. Her trips have taken her to many South and Central American countries as well as the Caribbean. Above all, though, Gwen loves the beach, and, especially, the comfortable pace of life here in Tampa.
Gwen will bring her background, education, and superior customer service skills to any and all of her clients.
