Gregory Piccolo grew up in the TriBeCa neighborhood of New York City. At a young age he was drawn to urban landscape with a sense of purpose- finding beauty in the sparkling glass of skyscrapers, the historical character of pre-war architecture, and the juxtaposition of old and new in a city where the only constant is change.
Gregory’s father, a self-made entrepreneur in finance, started Gregory on a path towards business at a young age. As early as 9 years old he had him on the phone setting appointments and gathering data, using Microsoft Excel and conducting research on the very early internet. He was taught to give attention to detail, to be thorough and to meet the set of parameters given to him.
Believing that the Keller Williams culture of education, agent freedom and profitable business model was the perfect platform for growth, he made the switch in 2012. Gregory has built his business on the core of the Keller Williams belief system: win-win relationships, integrity and trust.
Gregory’s experience and education is in sales, marketing and new media production. The summation of these disciplines makes him an aggressive negotiator and a savvy marketer with a deep network.
