I'm Greg, the founder of Agent Success Tools.
I help real estate agents get more leads, listings, closings and commissions.
Our first training program, The Listing Academy, is launching Spring of 2014 and is based on my proven system that enabled me to sell over $440 million in real estate.
Later in 2014, I will launch LeadTools, a comprehensive automated lead generation system with professionally designed, and agent-branded, marketing pieces, web sites, content, mobile technology, email lead nurturing and video ads. Additionally, the marketing and promotion for the agent's account is professionally managed. The availability of this program will be extremely limited.
Next, we will launch "How to Build Your Business Working with Builders". This is a comprehensive training program where you will learn the financial analysis behind home building, how to evaluate land for development, how to assemble and re-zone properties, how to build a recurring business with builders and how to market new construction. This course is based on my 17 years of experience as a developer as well as 11 years working with homebuilders as a broker.
We will also offer courses on video marketing, advanced email marketing and much more!
Assisting me in the formation and operations of Agent Success Tools is my wife, Annis. The real brains behind the operations, she currently serves as the Vice President for Media for the world's largest beverage company. She has been recognized by Advertising Age as one of the top advertising and marketing experts in America. Her career spans more than 30 years of involvement in media and advertising. She has negotiated more than $6 billion in media placement including events such as the Olympics, Super Bowl, World Cup Soccer and American Idol. Additionally, she created the social media platform for one of the World's most recognizable brands.

Founded a real estate brokerage company and led it to become one of the top luxury firms in Atlanta. Achievements include setting the record for the highest average sale of $2.4 million of any Atlanta brokerage firm and marketing one of the most expensive new homes in Atlanta at $11 million.

March 1983 - March 2001
Developed multifamily, retail and residential properties throughout the Southeast. Duties included land acquisition, project conceptualization, pro forma development, financing, construction management, leasing/sales management and project disposition.
January 1992 - December 1997
Founded an advisory firm that provided location-based analysis to major development firms, national retailers and many Fortune 100 companies. Developed innovative approaches for site selection, market analysis, regulatory controls and sales force management. The company was sold in 1997
