MAny online companies offer so called "Hot Sheets" but buyers soon learn that this information is indeed old and out of date...the sure wy to ge fresh updates, current information and reliable research information on the property, area and tax details are to use the services of a Realtor.
When you use a Realtor in the Buyer-Broker relationship role you have a professional that is working for you in your best interests. NOT the seller or the banks, so you get action and results when buying a foreclosure and getting the benefits of price in this unique market.
Prperty reports can include: Tax Information, Listing History. Property Details, Phots and Tours, Aerial Views of property and neighborhood to mention a few available through your Realtor.
