My real estate career began on 1991 as a loan officer for a mortgage banker in Los Angeles. I left my previous career as an engineer for the US Air Force to get into real estate. Most of my engineering colleagues thought I was crazy to make the change, and that may very well be, but after all these years I'm still standing. What attracted me to real estate was the chance to use my knowledge and skills to help folks attain their dreams, and in doing so achieve my own. As Zig Zigler says, "You can have everything in life that you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want."
Over the years I've gained so much experience in finance, buying & selling investment properties (flippers), development, new home building, rental income property, short sales, foreclosures, and on and on. I've been trained to be a tough negotiator, to know the whole sales and lending process inside and out. Some of my fondest memories are from helping clients buy their first home - then watching their family grow and helping them move to a larger home. The foundation of my business is referrals and repeat business. That is why I work just as hard for a $100,000 deal as I do for a $1,000,000 deal because everyone I choose to work with deserves and gets my best effort.
I don't know if we can work together. Heck, I don't know if you'll even like me enough to want to work with me, but if you'd like to find out if we'll make a good team, please call me at 626-893-5700 or email me and let's see what I can do to help you. Thank you.
